The Neutral Partyin Every Deal
Middleman sits between two strangers so they never have to trust each other. It holds the money, sharpens the terms before anything is funded, checks the delivery against what was agreed, and releases on approval — by card or USDC.
Funds are held in escrow until you approve. Nothing moves without a decision.
I am a
Client
Define milestones with explicit acceptance criteria, fund each one through Stripe Checkout, and release only when the proof passes.
- Money never sits with the contractor early
- One approve button per milestone
- Reject with reasons, keep the funds held
I am a
Contractor
See the criteria before you start, upload the deliverables when done, and get an instant AI pre-check so you know it will pass before the client looks.
- Funded before you begin
- Fingerprinted proof of delivery
- Payout to your own Stripe account
How it works
How a milestone moves
Four states, one direction. Nothing skips a step, and nothing moves backward without a recorded reason.
- 1
Define
Write each milestone with an amount and acceptance criteria specific enough that a stranger could judge it.
- 2
Fund
The client pays the milestone into escrow through Stripe Checkout. The contractor sees it is funded before starting.
- 3
Deliver
The contractor uploads the artifacts. Every file is SHA-256 fingerprinted, then the AI reads it against the criteria.
- 4
Release
The client approves. Funds transfer to the contractor’s Stripe account and the audit log seals the decision.
AI verification
Proof is read before you are asked to judge it
When a contractor submits, the model opens every artifact — PDFs, photos, spreadsheets, code — and checks each acceptance criterion one at a time. You get a scored verdict with evidence, not a summary.
Criterion by criterion
Each line of your acceptance criteria is marked met or unmet with the evidence quoted.
Advisory, never final
The AI cannot move money. Only the client’s approve button releases funds.
Nothing hidden
Verdict, score, and reasoning are written to the milestone and visible to both parties.
AI pre-check
M2 · Foundation pour complete
- Foundation poured to 4,200 sq ft per approved plan
- Third-party inspection report attached and signed
- Rebar spacing photos at 12" on center
- Moisture barrier visible in at least one photo
Reasoning
Inspection report (p. 2) certifies 4,180 sq ft with a signature dated 09/08. Rebar photos show consistent 12" spacing across three angles. No image clearly shows the moisture barrier — recommend the client confirm on site or request one additional photo.
Funds held, never touched
Card payments settle into a Stripe balance; USDC locks in a non-custodial escrow contract. Either way, funds move to the other party only on approval. Card data never touches this app.
Every file fingerprinted
Artifacts are SHA-256 hashed in the browser before upload and stored in a private bucket. The hash is what the AI review and the audit log refer to.
An audit log that only grows
Funding, submission, verdict, approval, rejection, and release each write an event with actor and timestamp. Nothing is edited after the fact.
